      When using DsignXpress Full Color (DXFC) and trying to communicate to the sign you receive an error of:


      Controller Client Not Running.
      Restart Controller.

       

      Close the DXFC software, then open it back up.
      Click on Edit, then Options
      Change the OutPut Mode to V7 Color.
      Click OK and try to communicate to the sign
