When Rendering a message file an error of “A generic error occurred in GDI+” is displayed.
Some older versions of DsignXpress FC (DXFC) will render without a GDI error on Windows XP, but when that same version is installed/used on Vista, Windows 7, 8 or 10 it would give a generic error occurred in GDI+. The latest version of Dsign Xpress FC (or version 3.3.0 and higher) will fix this error. To purchase DXFC online click here or call 800-445-9206
